Jammie Kern writes Young Adult fiction, blending her academic background in Humanities with her experiences with teenagers. As a burn survivor, Jammie spends time offering support and encouragement to others who’ve suffered from burn injuries, as well as serving as a camp counselor at the Oklahoma Firefighter’s Burn Camp for children. With her husband and two daughters, Jammie keeps hens in exchange for fresh eggs, and grows organic vegetables for their wholesome goodness.
